・　We provide the information to register you on “Ryouen Net” matchmaking database, including on

・　Your information will be shared and examined by other registered members and prospects to be members of “Intercultures,” and our joining federations
・　Your information will be shared and examined by other trusted partners and affiliated matchmakers
・　Your information will be shared and examined at the meetings with trusted partners and affiliated matchmakers

Regarding your name and phone number/e-mail address
・　At the stage of setting a meeting, when both parties agree to meet, your name will be provided to the partner and his/her agent.
・　In case that you attend to any “OMIAI” party that we/affiliated company conducts, your name will be provided to the organizer.
・　After firstly-met, in case that both parties agree to continue seeing each other, your phone number will be provided to the partner and his/her agent.

Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve all our clients’ privacy, we may disclose information clients provide if required to do so by law or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process served on us; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; or (3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety.

Disclose, Correct/Edit and Delete Your Information
When we are requested to disclose your information by you, we will disclose the retained personal data concerned without delay.
